Knowing how to perform an exercise is beyond a priority, not only to simply know what exercise it is, but most importantly to know how to perform it in a safe manner to prevent any future injuries.
The video breakdowns of the exercises also helps you to perform it in a way to get the most out of the exercise, that means we are not cutting any corners or allowing you to perform it half correctly to take the easy route out, we are focusing on full range of motion and taking it slow on the eccentric movement of most of the exercises.
I personally also like to break down the movements so you simply get more knowledgeable on each of the exercises and therefore you get to know your body better and have a better understanding of movements in general for you personally (as some exercises require your judgment for adjustments with the help of my coaching for the exercise and how to properly set it up for your body type)
And if you ever have any questions regarding a movement and how to set it up for your body type, you have the opportunity to reach out to me directly through the premium membership or you can leave any questions in the community group through the standard membership.

Without somebody to hold you accountable it’s easy to go back to your old habits and not fully commit to the goals you have set for yourself. I’m sure we all have been there where one off day turns into two and it just goes downhill from there.
In a world full of distractions, it’s normal to lose motivation, fall off your diet or completely forget about your training. Perhaps you aren’t completely sure of what to do in the gym and how to approach getting started on your goals. So with the quite so many requests, I’ve decided to open up a 1-1 coaching like experience for an extremely affordable price.
The premium membership will unlock the private messaging with me where you can reach out to me with anything you might need help with and I will coach you through anything to the best of my abilities, given the years of my experience.
Even if you’re just having a hard time or are finding that adapting to the new training regime is challenging, I will be there with you every step of the way. You might not need me forever, but you will be happy with the guidance provided, habits created and help to take out all of the guesswork.

See, I used to have no clue about what I as doing!
The internet and the access to information back then was a lot different and the sources of 'helpful' information was coming from Magazines and internet blogs that was putting out BS diets and bad programs.
YouTube was quite different as well and it was hard to navigate the BS from the helpful tips and scientific information without it being twisted in a certain way.
When I started my fitness journey I used to struggle for years before I figured it out. I used to be pretty skinny and not as curvy and I really struggled with putting on weight. However, after becoming a certified trainer and after many trial and errors and endless of research and studying, I'm super excited to share what I've learned once again.
I'm proud to say I've now for years helped other women achieve their dream body regardless of if you’re skinny trying to gain weight & muscle, or if you're curvier trying to lean down and build up your glutes.
